The delivery time starts on the first business day after the order is placed. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking code by email to track the delivery. Exchanges and Returns
Dindi uses high quality materials, cutting-edge technology in the manufacturing of its products and strives for a quality standard. In respect for our consumers and because we believe in a transparent and trusting relationship with our customers, we have established our Exchange and Returns policy following the rules of the Consumer Protection Code. When making a purchase on this website, the user will be in accordance with the rules described here. Orders resent without prior notice may not be accepted. Deadline for exchanges/returns The maximum period for requesting an exchange or return is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the collection of the part. Requests made after this deadline will not be accepted. Dindi has no obligation to complain, exchange or return products that show clear signs of misuse. Always check the product when you receive it. If you have any problems, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. The product will be collected from the same address where the delivery was made. Product defect analysis: Defect assessment will be carried out by our team and then the final report on the exchange request will be issued. Average completion time: 15 working days after product collection. In case of a favorable report for the exchange, the customer will receive at the origin address, at no additional cost, the replacement of the product with another of the same model. If the product is out of stock, the customer will be notified and will be able to choose another model to exchange from the options available on the website, respecting the credit limit. If there is a price difference between the chosen product and the claimed product, payment of the difference must be made. In case of a report contrary to the exchange, the product will be returned without the right to replacement. The reasons for failure are as follows: Absence of defect (no finding of damage reported by the customer); Rates of inappropriate product use; Rates of accidental and/or intentional damage; Natural wear and tear due to use. Return costs, in the event of a report contrary to the exchange, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
In case of return due to regret or withdrawal, the following conditions must be respected: The deadline for canceling the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt; The product must be returned, without signs of use, in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice and all accessories. We warn that these Terms and Conditions of Use may be modified at any time, due to changes in legislation, due to the use of new technological tools or, even, whenever, at the sole discretion of the Dindi brand, such changes are necessary.
