Exchange and Return Policy
Dindi Eyewear works with high-quality materials and strict manufacturing standards. Our exchange and return policy follows the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, valuing a transparent and trustworthy relationship.
By making a purchase on our website, the customer declares that they agree with the rules described below.
How to request an exchange or return
Before sending any product, you must contact our customer service team:

You must provide:
- Order number
- Reason for exchange or return
Products sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Request deadline
The deadline to request an exchange or return is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Conditions for exchange or return
The product must:
- Show no signs of use
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all accessories
- Be accompanied by the invoice
Dindi is not required to exchange, repair, or refund products that show signs of misuse.
Defect analysis
After receipt, the product will undergo a technical inspection.
Average inspection period: up to 15 business days.
If the report is approved
The customer will receive, at no additional cost, a new product of the same model.
If the model is out of stock, the customer may choose another model available on the website, respecting the amount originally paid.
If there is a price difference, the customer must pay the difference.
If the report is rejected
The product will be returned to the customer.
- Reasons for exchange rejection:
- The reported defect is not confirmed
- Signs of improper use
- Accidental or intentional damage
- Natural wear and tear from use
In this case, the shipping cost for returning the product will be the customer’s responsibility.
Right of Withdrawal (Purchase Cancellation)
According to the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, the customer may cancel the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product.
For this, the product must be returned:
- Without signs of use
- In the original packaging
- With all accessories
- With the invoice
After inspection and approval of the return, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Credit card: refund issued to the card statement, according to the card issuer’s rules
- Bank slip (boleto) or Pix: deposit into a bank account under the buyer’s name
The time required to complete the refund may vary depending on the financial institution.
